Open the map page, then choose the Send link to email yourself the URL.
Enter your email address that you can check with your iPhone. Then click send.

Open your inbox on the iPhone to find the email you just sent yourself. Click the link to open the 2011 Booze Map.

The map should open in Safari and you will see a prompt from Google pointing to this icon. Tap that!

Choose Add to Home Screen.
